Luckily, yesterday I went to the library and took out a tonne of books on weight training, metabolism, healthy eating, etc. Today is technically, also my first day of not having any obligations since I finished my summer job. &lt;p&gt;I often wake up in the middle of the night and worry about school, lessons, work, etc. To get my mind off of these things in order to fall back to sleep, I make myself imagine lhasa apsos and it usually works pretty well.
